Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates only.

Order Requirements

  • Abu Dhabi (AUH): No minimum order value

  • Outside Abu Dhabi: Minimum order value of AED 999 is required to process delivery

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Abu Dhabi: Delivery within 4 working days from order confirmation

  • Outside Abu Dhabi (Rest of UAE): Delivery within 6 working days

Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed

  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is ready for dispatch

Delivery Notes

  • Our team will coordinate with you prior to delivery

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics delays, etc.)

  • Orders below AED 999 outside Abu Dhabi will not be processed for delivery
